    How can the council justify an increase of 53% for the waste bags used by local businesses? From £93 for 50 bags to a new price of £142 is ridiculous. I thought councils were supposed to helping local businesses in these difficult times not robbing them blind!

    Great to see that a solution has been found to the new Salisbury Christmas market which was causing problems for the local market traders who are there all year round. It is, however, an all to common problem of people/businesses being asked after the decision has been made. Why can’t all parties be consulted before a decision like that is taken? Looking forward to the new market though.
